Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
- Followed up survey with interviews as needed
- Collated survey data and began analysis
- Collected peer school information
- Continued documenting existing services
- Met with Cecilia Talamantes to discuss existing financial models
- Began price and service comparison to outside vendors
Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- Additional interviews if clarification is needed
- Begin to draft service matrix
- Follow up with visits to schools with server operations that interest team
- Begin Financial analysis
- Continue to build report
Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?
- good progress made on survey, but we still struggle with finding
time to do the work outside of the project meeting time.
Do we need any additional information from the client,
stakeholders,sponsor? - not yet
