Functionality), volunteers assigned.
- Guidelines for each group were distributed, including discussion of
expected group outputs.
- Project Charter finalized.
- Met with 3rd Barton Discovery Team (Greg Anderson, Eric Celeste,

Reviewed status of the project so far and received some useful comments
from Greg and Vijay, including suggestion to see Scott Thorne about the
Library data model.
- Communications and Functional Checklist Teams had their first meetings.

Goals for the coming period:
- Market Survey Team set to meet later this week (Feb. 26 )
- Market Survey Team begin contacting vendors and collating responses

URL: /http://macfadden:9500/c3/3dbarton
- Contact Scott Thorne for a discussion of library data model.

Key Learnings:
- Project Management Team needed more time together, and commitment to a
three times-per-week meeting schedule has been beneficial.

Issues: None

Comments:
- Getting the project going has taken longer than we had imagined,
however, with meeting of the first groups, it feels like things are
finally starting to move ahead.
