Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
- Completed survey questions and posted to Web
- Wrote intro letter to survey participants
- Started Web survey - request to participants sent out Feb. 1, 2002
- Draft and finalize questions for peer schools
- Sent questions to peer schools
- Began documenting existing services
Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- Follow up survey with interviews if clarification is needed
- Collate data and analyze. Requested that surveys be completed by Feb. 14.
- Collect peer school information.
- Follow up with visits to schools with server operations
- Begin Financial analysis
- Continue to build report
Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or
schedule? - the schedule has slipped a couple of weeks largely due to
time constraints for team members. But the completion date is not
critical so a little slippage is OK.
Do we need any additional information from the client, stakeholders,
sponsor? - not yet
Issues/Key Learnings
Describing the existing server services is not an easy thing.
Existing IS organizations have wide range of information available on
their Web pages. Some areas have little information about their
services.
Team Dynamics
Good.
