Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
- Complete the survey questions. Draft mockup of web survey
- Determine candidates for the survey and begin to set up list for email
- Determine the methodology for delivering the survey questions
- Began collecting information on existing IS server services
Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- Write intro letter to survey participants
- Conduct Web survey
- Follow up survey with interviews if clarification is needed
- Collate data and analyze
- Draft questions for peer schools
- Contact peer schools and interview
- Begin comparison of existing services to customer needs expressed in survey

schedule? - none
What is the status of the schedule? - on schedule
Do we need any additional information from the client, stakeholders,
sponsor? - not yet
Issues/Key Learnings
The holiday schedule did slow but not deter the work
