Accomplishments of the past period:
- Joanne Hallisey reminded me that we need to get this going
Goals for the coming period:
- Set up Project Notebook
- Get Team Drafted and working
Team dynamics:
- Fine, although getting started at this time is like blowing up a balloon
that hasn't been stretched. I.e., vacations and summer doldrums make it
slow going.
Issues:
- Definition of scope is always fun.
Key learnings:
- Where does the time go?
Additional comments:
- I think having this bi-weekly reminder will help focus.
