Accomplishments of the past period:
- Finished draft of report
- Reviewed recommendations with ITAG
- Determined Phil Clay will continue as Delivery project sponsor
- Discussed pilot survey for survey toolkit (freshman alcohol
questionnaire) with Carol Orme-Johnson
Goals for the coming period:
- Make updates to report from ITAG and additional reviewers feedback
- Go over final report with Phil Clay and ask for sponsor statement
- Close out Discovery project
Team dynamics:
- Good - close out will be a little slow due to serial team member
vacations (Esther last week, Lydia this week, Jag most of next week).
