Accomplishments past period:
- Held our final web mail discovery team meeting to review latest
project developments and the recommended solution, which is IMP version
2.3.
- Met with one of the lead developers of IMP to discuss issues with the
current version of the product (version 2.2) as well as plans for the
next production release (version 2.3). This discussion proved very
helpful in shaping some of the final recommendations in the Discovery
report.
- Completed a draft of the Web Mail Discovery report and opened for
comment by our sponsor and members of the project team.
Goals for the coming period:
- Brief our project sponsor on the final Discovery report and discuss
transition to Delivery.
- Post the final Web Mail Discovery report to the project notebook
during the week of July 23rd.
- Announce project completion to infosys.
- Begin work on transitioning this project to Delivery.

- None at this time.

- It is anticipated that the Discovery portion of this project will be
brought to closure during the week of July 23rd.
