- Reviewed recommendations with Phil Clay
- Began draft of final report
- Scheduled ITAG meeting (July 25)
- Posed question of sponsorship to Phil Clay; waiting to hear back
Goals for the coming period:
- Work more on financial model with team and usual surveyor suspects
- Finish draft of report, ask a few people to review it
- Meet with ITAG
- Firm up Delivery sponsor (hopefully)
