Accomplishments of the past period:
- Held two focus groups for admin/faculty types
- Firm up Discovery project schedule
- Met with Joanne Hallisey for Discovery continuity
Goals for the coming period:
- Meet with Leigh Firm, head of COUHES committee
- Check in with sponsor around issues we've heard
- Identify potential support issues
- Draft discovery report table of contents
Issues:

Key learnings:
- Stanford's survey system is fairly unstable, so they would be
uncomfortable with its use in a production system
- Majority of issues in focus groups were policy-based; few had thought
about their survey requirements / needs.
Team dynamics:
- Good; staff vacations will extend Discovery work, but still shooting for
Discovery report in early/mid-July.
