	Because of the Disc/Del/Int Project Leaders meeting on Friday, Jan. 19
(see agenda repeated below), I'd like to cancel tomorrow's scheduled
Magellan meeting. 
	Bi-weekly reports gladly accepted.
	Our next meeting will be Thurs. Feb. 1.

I.  Intro / capture Roundtable items. 
II. Discussion Topic: 

Team formation: What are your experiences, learnings, and ideas
related to staffing for IS projects?  For example; what happens as
projects
move from planning to action? What is important to team leaders in
forming
project teams, identifying roles, skills, and availability? What has
worked and what hasn't worked for you in team formation? After a
project team is up and running, how do you sustain the work and dynamics
of
the team?  What is the 'end-game' for teams as projects near completion?
What happens to teams as projects transition across processes (Disc ->
Del)?  How can we improve our team staffing activities?
