Good morning,
We will meet tomorrow, Thursday, Dec. 7 from 1 - 2 in N42-203. The
primary discussion topic will be:
Putting a Discovery lens on the IS Customer Satisfaction Survey. I hope
most of you were able to attend the ILEAD presentation yesterday on the
survey. I would like our group to explore the implications of the
survey for Discovery - from the survey what Discovery work can you see
emerging.
Rob Smyser, who served on the Measures team will be with us to provide
additional background.
And, as always, if you have bi-weekly updates on your projects, please
submit them today.
