Hello,
At the last Project Leaders meeting, we had Friday, December 15th as the tentative date for the next one. Given the year ending and Holiday activity, it seems wiser to wait until after the New Year. At this point, please reserve January 19th as the target date.
If you have an agenda item (such as sponsorship clarification), please let Greg, Susan, or me know. Currently, the following topics are on the "potential" list:
1) Project practices - results have been consistently improving, what's worked, what hasn't, and what might be next.
2) Project Notebook Review.
3) Developments in Usability.
4) How to best report Service projects.
5) Followup review with Support Team Leaders.
