Hello all,
A reminder that Discovery Team Leaders will meet tomorrow,
Thursday, 1 - 2 in N42-203. Hope to see all of you there, and hope to see
your reports on Magellan.
To continue our focus on issues in the project space, tomorrow,
I've asked Esther and Jag to talk about revitalizing teams. Jag will be
absent, but spoke with me today. Also, I can speak a bit about the
experience with Long Jobs. Second, I've asked Dave Lambert to lead a
discussion about the role and value of Advisory Groups for teams - who are
those guys? What are they doin' anyway? What should they be doin'?
