Accomplishments of the past period:
*Signed contract for testing HarvardNet's DSL
*Provided information to HarvardNet for 16 testers.
*Contacted shorenet; currently in beta mode of providing DSL access
for homes
*Contacted earthlink/mindspring.
*Created a form for testers to use.
*Met with Support Team Leaders to hear their concerns.
*Began discussions on final report
Goals for next period:
*Begin test with HarvardNet.
*Begin putting together the final report.
*Interview Speakeasy
Issues:
*We had some discussion about the deliveralesof this project. In
particular we had been thinking that some good documentation to assist
users in making the right choice of access methods for their needs. We have
decided that such a deliverable probably is the outcome of a delivery team.
So while the same individuals will work on the documentation we have
decided to wrap up the discovery project before the documentation is
written. Among our recommedations will be the need for documentaion.
*Since it will be a few weeks until all the testers will be up and
running, the momentum of the project could slow down.

Team Dynamics:
* We have decided to meet on a weekly basis until the end of the
project. Time away from the meetings will be used for testing and for
writing portions of the final report.
