Accomplishments Past Period:
- RFP completed and sent out to our 2 finalist vendors.
- Met with Barton Advisory Group to have an initial discusion on the
function of their committee in the transition to the new
system. What role will they play as a group in areas such as
testing, migration, training, workflow, etc.
Goals for the coming period:
- Continue work on finalizing the demonstration scenarios to be
addressed by
each vendor.
Issues:
- Maintaining coordination (good communication) between project
management team and Barton Advisory Group as the project enters the
next phase.
