Accomplishments past period:
- Discovery Report completed (see

- Performed final check-in with sponsors.
- Initiated formal planning and recruitment for IMAP Delivery team.
Goals for the coming period:
- Take the IMAP Discovery team to lunch and recognize their efforts.
Issues:
- Maintaining continuity between the Discovery and Delivery phases of
this project.
Key learnings:
- No report needs to be perfect -- shoot for 90% and then call it a
day. Over editing can be non-productive.
Team dynamics:
- Nothing new
Additional comments:
- This will be the final report for IMAP Discovery.
