Accomplishments past period:
- Initial draft of Discovery Report completed.
- Performed routine check-ins with project sponsors.
- Beginning early planning for potential Delivery effort (i.e. high
level work breakdown and timeline); the latter will be included in the
final Discovery Report.
Goals for the coming period:
- Complete check-ins with team and sponsors on Discovery Report draft.
- Finalize Discovery Report and post to project notebook.
- Announce Discovery project completion.
- Continue pre-planning for potential IMAP Delivery project.
- Take the team to lunch and recognize their efforts.
Issues:
- Ensuring that we get substantive feedback from all team members on the
Discovery Report draft.
Key learnings:
- Allow adequate time for Discovery Report review/feedback at the end of
the project.
- Continually take steps to maintain project momentum.
Team dynamics:
- Overall the team continues to function well.
- Time to move forward into Delivery.
