- DBS still evolving
- Mapped data from existing Project DB, and from Operational Plan.
Integrated data elements from both sources into:

- Drafted ER Diagram at a conceptual level:

- Discussed architecture, and am ready to produce proposed architecture
- Met with project sponsors to review all of the above products, and decided
next steps.
Goals for the coming period (or so)
- Schedule executive sponsor check-in to ensure alignment on requirements
- Complete diagramming of design/architecture, and schedule ITIT check-in.
- Confirm data modelling session for Jan. 7 with all participants.
- Request ITLT checkout session for Feb. 3.
