1  Develop a more detailed deliverables breakdown structure (DBS) to estimate
	project duration/schedule
2  Gather information on information to be maintained from Project
	Database process (current)
3  Integrate Operational Plan and Projects information
4  Develop data model for project..begin vetting process for data model
5  Develop/discuss architecture alternatives
6  Schedule project sponsor checkin

Accomplishments past period
-  DBS still evolving
-  Mapped data from existing Project DB, and from Operational Plan.
   Integrated data elements from both sources into:
	http://web.mit.edu/is/discovery/iswork/dataDictionary.pdf
-  Drafted ER Diagram at a conceptual level:
	http://web.mit.edu/is/discovery/iswork/datamodel.pdf
-  Discussed architecture, and am ready to produce proposed architecture
-  Met with project sponsors to review all of the above products, and decided
	next steps.

Goals for the coming period (or so)
-  Schedule executive sponsor check-in to ensure alignment on requirements
-  Complete diagramming of design/architecture, and schedule ITIT check-in.
-  Confirm data modelling session for Jan. 7 with all participants.
-  Request ITLT checkout session for Feb. 3.
