Accomplishments past period:
- Began drafting pieces of the report
- Met with FSS to review design, specifically SAP integration options.
- Participated in conference call and demo of SAP's Online Store (which
runs on ITS...but, that's another project!)
Goals for the coming period:
- Finalize product recommendation
- Then, identify next steps with vendor, sponsors, et. al.
- Finish writing report
Issues:
-None
Team Dynamics
-Mary Nicholson from CAO joined the core team
- Good. The core team works very well together - great bunch of people,
and we (usually) have a lot of fun. A mini learning: tangents aren't
always bad; they sometimes contribute to team bonding.
