- Project launched
- Gathered materials containing information to be maintained from
Strategic Planning process
- Began process of mapping/modelling data for input to design effort
Goals for the coming period (or so)
- Develop a more detailed deliverables breakdown structure to estimate
project duration/schedule
- Gather information on information to be maintained from Project
Database process (current)
- Integrate Operational Plan and Projects information
- Develop data model for project..begin vetting process for data model
- Develop/discuss architecture alternatives
- Schedule project sponsor checkin
Issues
- Time...time...time Although I'm getting help from resources around the
organization, realistically, there's probably on the order of 10%
of me to allocate to this project, so progress is VERY slow.
Key learnings
- Nothing yet, still getting started
