Accomplishments past period
- Significant modifications to first draft of final report
- Continued to gather customer and best practices feedback;
we now have 4 of 8 MIT customer responses, and 5 of 12 IvyPlus
schools responses.
- Identified gaps in final report for review by core team
- Plan for next document markup session, 1/29/1999
Goals for the coming period
- Markup final report with core team
- Incorporate core team feedback, customer and best practices feedback into
final report
- Prepare for presentation path of final report to Vicky Sirianni.
Issues
- I hope that we are on a convergent path to complete the report,
and a protracted wordsmithing phase would not be good right now.
- I need to move my attention to the Enterprise Printing project,

- Nothing new.
Team dynamics
- Nothing new.
Additional comments
- Is there Discovery policy that requires final reports to be published
on the web? My bias is to say we should have such a policy. I have not
yet broached this with this core team, and do not know whether they
would feel that a strategic plan for an organization is too sensitive
for publication.
