Goals listed in last report
1 Reach agreement on issues remaining in the way of full-scale development.
2 Transition project into Delivery/Integration area
3 Turn strawman UI over to developers and let them get started.
4 Begin to work with faculty requiring access-control on course materials
Accomplishments past period
- Met with Directors of Integration, Delivery and Discovery to
formally transition project. This will have been completed after a meeting
with and the concurrence of the project's sponsors.
- Met with Dean's Office to begin discussion of their concerns about some of
the concepts in this project.
Goals for the coming period
- Revise Discovery Final Report to reflect conversation with Delivery and
Integration Directors
- Set up meeting with Project Sponsors to review directions, and to get
the go-ahead for full development and deployment
- Develop a set of operative procedures for a deployment that might occur
prior to the resolution of all of the policy issues
- Await news of access-controlled web server...
