Project Name: Pismere Business Models
Project Leaders: Naomi Schmidt, Marine Brown, Lorraine Rappaport
Report Date August 27, 1999

Accomplishments past period
- Distributed DRAFT report to Pismere Strategy Group on Aug. 17
- Agreed to discuss the draft at the next available Pismere Strategy Group
meeting.
- Agreed on the commitment path for the business model: following the
Strategy Group discussion, the model will go back to the focus group
participants who worked on the model, and will then be made available more
broadly.
Goals for the coming period
- Schedule the Strategy Group discussion & the Focus Group discussion.
- Work on the final close of the Discovery project.
Issues:
- There is still the dependency based on the strategic path for Pismere; if
that path changes the business model will need to reflect that change.
- This business model is highlighting the need to revisit the Athena
business model to insure consistency and coherence for customers who may
choose mixed environments (Pismere and classic Athena).
Team dynamics:
- Almost time to celebrate!
