Accomplishments for the past period:
- selected, configured and placed an order for the pilot PostScript
printer, an HP 8100DN
- completed a second draft of the Business Analysis Report; added
sections on a sample commercial product offering and operational
requirements
- held meeting with Greg and Bob to discuss the transition into
Delivery space
- held check-out meeting with Support TLs, and presented draft
recommendations; held similar meeting with R3-Admin
- solicited delivery project membership from Copy Tech staff member
- debriefed vendor presentation
Goals for the coming period:
- work on RFS with Greg (carryover)
- install and test HP 8100DN printer hardware
- schedule & hold more check-outs
Issues:
A firm commitment for the delivery resources is still pending
for a September start of the delivery project.

Team dynamics:
Lynne is still on her summer schedule. Dave will be out for a week of
fishing. We're requiring less face time now. We're doing fine.
