Good afternoon,
Trust that everyone enjoyed a great 4th of July.
As you know, we're scheduled to meet on Thursday, and at our last
meeting we generated a list of worthy discussion topics (msg. 210 in the
magellan discuss list)
Tim voted on his top three:
>
>Forging agreements among Discovery, customers, and the work project
>
>Tutoring/coaching/nurturing Discovery participation
>
>What does product life cycle mean / concurrent reengineering
>
Before proceeding, I'd like to know how others feel? Other votes?

As we work through these topics and their discussion content as an outcome,
I'd also like to work toward a small number of improvement steps (for
Discovery, for projects, for staff, for this meeting, etc.). Heading into
the fall I'd like for all of us to have a renewed sense of energy and
clarity around our work. I believe that through your efforts we're
demonstrating the value of Discovery work and the intentional, planned
approach to work based upon the business case. As always, however, in our
changing environment, we know that constant vigilance, balanced
perspective, and customer orientation will remain our sea anchors.

Let me know your preferences and I'll try to get an agenda out mid-day
tomorrow.

Thanks,

Greg
