Accomplishments past period
- Scheduled next reporting session for July 12, 1999
- Invited Joanne Hallisey from the Software licensing project.
- Reported on work at the Pismere Strategy meeting, June 30.
Goals for the coming period
- Convene meeting on July 12, decide on next steps, discuss commuications
steps for the model. Identify unresolved issues.
Issues:
-Deciding on the core software that should be provided by IS, as compared
to the course or dept. specific packages that require a different approach
will require both strategic and tactical approaches.
- We need to begin to involve customers in validating the model and getting
feedback.
Key learnings
- It's difficult building models when the Pismere strategy is still open
for discussion - a result of the open ACMG meeting.
- The discussions are rich and critical to moving the work forward.
Team dynamics:
- There is a widening area of participation and input into the work.
Marine, Lorraine, and Naomi are doing a very good job maintaining and
updating the information as new inputs are received. The process of
building the model is being validated through the discussions.
