Issues
- The incoming president of the Alumni Association just recommended we look
at http://www.net-worker.com. This turns out to be an events calendar
system run by a third-party vendor who localizes web sites for different
partners. We had not considered such a system among our options (not even
knowing it existed) and are wondering whether it is worth investigating.
Key learnings
- Our findings about how people advertise events, what kind of events they
advertise, and how they personally learn about campus events are very
interesting. We'll post them to the web as soon as the report is done.
Team dynamics
- Good. We're just busy!

Humanity has an amazing inability to plan. Not too many
generations ago, when our relatives lived by hunting and
gathering, the inability to plan for the next season meant
death. Planners survived. The clueless died. But today,
Homo Sapiens eats at McDonalds - for the moment, planning
