Issues: - Need strategic clarity regarding software decisions; e.g MS Office and any other core software services that IS should provide. - The iterative process of building this model feels right - there are many variables and possible scenarios, so working the model against those changes helps validate and inform the work. Key learnings - There is a lot of information that needs to be gathered and staff are interested in participating. - The discussions are rich and critical to moving the work forward. Team dynamics: - There is a widening area of participation and input into the work. Marine, Lorraine, and Naomi are doing a very good job maintaining and updating the information as new inputs are received. The process of building the model is being validated through the discussions. Additional comments: - None
