At the March PMI-Mass. Region (Project Management International) meeting,
Richard Maybury gave a presentation called Orchestrating Human Change. At
today's Discovery Leaders meeting, I'll be handing out an excerpt of that
presentation for your use in trying to orchestrate change in your projects.
In case you're worried about copyright, Mr. Maybury owns the material, and
gave his approval to distribute these materials further. If you're unable
to make the meeting today, and are interested in the handout, let me know.
