Accomplishments past period:
- Scott finished the data model.
- The team met on April 29. Greg came to this meeting and helped develop
the beginnings of a business model.
- Esther visited a member of the OCR staff to record more business
information, such as how the agendas and other information are entered and
into what databases.
Goals for the coming period:
- Identify a project leader for the team.

Key learnings:
- The team does have a sponsor who wants this project to go forward and has
budgeted for it.
