Accomplishments past period:
- Not much. ECAT work is essentially on hold as PSB develops a new process
for coordinating jobs with vendors. The vendors' response to this process
and ability to fulfill the work involved should impact final vendor
selection. In turn, vendor selection impacts ECAT planning. I have not
been involved in the design of the new process.
Goals for the coming period:
- Check in with PSB to understand the new process and impacts on ECAT planning.
