Accomplishments past period:
- Wrapping up final stages of project
- Met with sponsors to give an update on status of rates. They asked for
some additional work, but also told us we didn't need to finish writing the
report by the end of the month since some of the rates might might be
tweaked after that.
Goals for the coming period:
- Finish all analysis work by 4/30.
- Finish complete report draft by 4/30.
Issues:
- None right now. We're meeting weekly with the sponsor and that has
helped a lot in resolving things as they come up.
Key learnings:
- We should have met weekly with the sponsor a lot earlier on!
Team dynamics:
- People are really tired and out of steam, but we are so close to the end.
