Accomplishments Past Period:
- Market Survey team has handed in the "final draft" version of
their report. Any additional changes to the document will be made by
the Proj. Mgt. Team.
Goals for the Coming Period:
- Finish final draft of Request For Solution (RFS) and Market
Survey documents to be submitted upon Eric Celeste's return in early
May. To help get a sense of customer satisfaction with partiucular
vendors, we intend to call a few sites and ask what their experiences
have been with particular vendor? The Market Survey report will
also include the Project Managment Teams' recommendations for which
sub-set of vendors to invite. We would like to narrow our list from 8
to about 5 systems (at the most) for the initial demonstrations.
