Accomplishments past period:
- Started to finalize telecom model.
- Started putting together costs for new network model.
- Met with the sponsor (Dennis) and updated him on the basic concepts of
our model - he didn't have any big problems with it.
- Started drafting final report.
- Started putting together data for impact analysis.
Goals for the coming period:
- Deliver first draft of report to Jim Bruce by 4/2.
- Still need to review internal SLA's and decide on our position about what
should or should not be included.
- Finish impact analysis and network numbers.
- Final draft for report - target 4/16.
Issues:
- None. Just pushing to the end.
Key learnings:
- Met with our sponsor even though we talked about concepts, not numbers.
It was productive, however, because he did validate our models.
Team dynamics:
Nothing new.
