Hi folks -
In addition to the semi-client port of Kerberos IV to Windows NT, kerberized
encrypted telnet is now available. This is a console-mode telnet which doesn't
do any terminal emulation, but which is useful as a tty-style telnet (i.e. a
CONCEPT terminal). It supports the same options as BSD 4.4 lite's telnet, since
that's what it is based on.
For instructions on obtaining the kerberos kinit and klist utilities for NT, as
well as kerberized encrypted telnet, ftp to
ftp.cs.cmu.edu
and obtain
/afs/cs/user/johnmil/ftp/00readme.knt
This file contains a legal notice and instructions. Note that you must 'cd' to
the directory containing the readme in a single step due to AFS file
protections.
DISCLAIMER: This port is something I did for fun because it seemed like it
would be useful. Remember, you get what you pay for :)

PS - If this is useful to you, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
