I don't know if this is your problem, but when I first installed K5B5
on my system, I got that message when I foolishly forgot to copy
krb5.conf to /etc ... doh! :)
I guess it could also mean that if krb5.conf is in /etc, that perhaps
there is a bad value or format? dunno :)
