	I was hoping you wouldn't ask that;-) There is no program
distributed with Beta5 that gets it quite right.  Apply the patch to
fix the length of the srvtab that kdb_edit generates, then create a v4
key for the host, then extract a v4 srvtab.  Use Emacs to change the
word host to rcmd, and the hostname to the first word of the hostname.
(You can use any binary file editor, naturally, I just find Emacs
convenient).  Note that the fields in a v4srvtab are to the best of my
recollection null-terminated; I.E. You *do* want to change the length
of the file.

	This will get easier with the next release; sufficient bugs
have been fixed.
