Tom pre-empted me :)

While I was trying to schedule this for myself in Tech Time, I thought
about making it a bit more automated. I created a group for Kakapo in Tech
Time, and added all involved, but ran into some problems:

o Jonathon (Weiss), you do not appear to be available at all as an identity
in Tech Time. I tried all misspellings I could think of with no luck.
AFAIK, the feed to that is from the Data Warehouse, so I don't know if you
held yourself back or something? I can get your directory info via finger,
though...

o I cannot invite Theresa and Phil due to their Tech Time permissions.

o Some of you showed up with conflicts for the time slots below, I presume
mostly because some of you personally scheduled this in your own calendars.

So, my question is, is everyone OK if I go ahead and use this group in Tech
Time to quickly and easily schedule the next few meetings in everyone's
calendar. I can also set it up to send automatic reminders the day before.
I'd prefer to do this, since I myself am trying to transition to Tech Time
to make it easier to coordinate with people.

Unless there are no objections, I will go ahead and put these in by
tomorrow morning. Jonathon--let me know if you know why you don't show up
in Tech Time and we can troubleshoot it.

Thanks,
Kerem

PS: I should have meeting notes for both times coming in later this
evening, now that the list is active and the Discuss archive has been created.
