Container Request Form - Generally looks acceptable, will continue to look
at it.
1. Feedback on what result email should look like
2. Review Cluster Page to determine if what is being asked is too much or
not enough or just right
3. Modify to catch people who have containers but are doing something new
which they may need help with.
Send modifications to Othomas@mit.edu

up.Thanks to Bob F. for writing it up.

Skill Set requirements for Service and Support - Courses are more valuable
than certification. Review courses offered by Learning Center.

Self -Assessment guide software may be helpful but expensive.
(AD,Group Policy,Pearl) some areas that we cold use more people with a
working knowledge.
MSI Installers - Having a contractor once a year is good for sole focus
purposes
MSI Installer Services - IS needs to offer this as service at sometime.
SWRT would be logical for site license/widely distributed software
Maybe have Wise come in this fall for a 3 day course for IS and DLC's

Future Agenda items - Web interface for what MSI installers are available.
