Hi Theresa,
I was out at a class on Friday, but I did relay Kyle's advice to
Joanne, who was working with the client. Kyle was right on as far as
the cause of the problem was concerned as far as we could tell on our
Call Center machine. We're still waiting to hear back from the client,
however, on the details of his setup (host name, local admin, etc.).
