I apologize for those not at the meeting last week that the minutes had not
been sent out prior to this Thursday. With the number of people out of town
it was practical to cancel the meeting. There were also two significant
action items:
1. A list of what each Team considers "Windows Services" that they are
responsible for providing. The idea is to review each teams list to
determine overlaps and gaps and produce a comprehensive list of what Kakapo
considers Windows Services..
2. A list of existing documentation any team has on polices and procedures
relative to delivering these services. This action item will lead to
producing a comprehensive listing where people can find information
relating to these services and a single place to maintain that documentation.
Given that a over a week has passed and I will be closing on a house on
Thursday the 31st, I'm wondering if we can either schedule a meeting on
Monday or Tuesday (7/28-7/29) or if we can commit to distributing the
products of the action items above and review them individually between now
and Thursday 8/7. If we choose the latter I would ask that everyone provide
the appropriate lists no later than Wednesday 7/30.
I'm open to any other suggestions. Thanks....Brian
