I would be comfortable with shelving this until a bit later, though we
should move on it as soon as you can rejoin us. I am primarily concerned
about the rest of us hearking your (and Ops') position accurately and
understanding it. Perhaps I can gather thoughts from the proponents of
using CaseTracker and summarize for you and all to see, making it easier
for you to consider and respond to. Would that make sense?

That definitely is my recollection and understanding, at least as far as
the receipt of requests, processing, and notification of the requester
goes. I think, though, we are not collectively clear on the
authorization/approval part of the process, hence my earlier e-mail and
suggestions.
