Yes, it is ok (in fact encouraged) to mention the physical redundancy
to customers.  In fact, I sent the mail so you and other would have
the information and be able to pass it on.  And no, I have no problem
with the documentation mentioning that the locations are w92 and w20,
unless you're worried abotu the documentation being out of date when
we move the third DC.
