Hi folks --

Here are a few ideas about how the content of the iswork database might become
visible in the day-to-day activities of IS.

ITLT agenda items

All ITLT agenda items will indicate the theme,
strategy and/or initiative (by ids and names) to
				which the item is connected.

Agenda items which are intended to produce decisions
that affect what is recorded in the iswork database
will indicate which data items are under review.

ITLT Notes

The summary of all ITLT meetings/discussions will
indicate the theme, strategy and/or initiative (by ids
and names) to which the notes apply.

IS Forum, IT Partners. ACMG, OCMG, VDIMG, ilead Meetings

Presentations to non-project audiences of any IS work
will indicate the theme, strategy and/or initiative
(by ids and names) to which the work being discussed
				is connected.

Periodic Project Reports

E.g., Discovery projects report bi-weekly to
magellan@mit.edu, Delivery projects are due to begin
				monthly reporting soon.

Project Reports will indicate the theme, strategy and/or
initiative (by id and name) to which the project is
				connected.

Project Notebooks

Project Notebooks (at least the home page) will
indicate the theme, strategy and initiative to which the
				project is connected.

Project Meetings

Reminders for meetings / agendas for meetings / call
for meetings will indicate the theme, strategy and/or
initiative to which the purpose/content of the meeting
				is connected.

Process (Standing) Team Meetings

Reminders for meetings / agendas for meetings / call
for meetings will indicate the theme, strategy and/or
initiative to which the team which is meeting
				is connected.

Service Reporting

Periodic (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly) reports
of various operational activities will indicate for each
reported activity the theme, strategy and/or initiative
for which the report is relevant.
