Bill,
The Op Plan spreadsheet for Theme 1 used a high, medium, low domain for setting
the priorities, while some of the other Themes used the CD,MD,LA,NL domain for
priority. I think we agreed during data modeling that we'd adopt the latter domain.
Is there a mapping for Theme 1 initiatives into the CD,MD,LA,NL form? If not,
could you indicate by response to this note what the priorities are for each of
the initiatives in the database:
1-A01 Communicate information about IS products, services, and support (p/s/s)
1-A02 Engage customers to learn their businesses
1-A03 Manage customer relationships
1-A04 Share customer learnings in IS
1-A05 Establish other I/T Partners-like forums
1-A06 Extending the Academic Computing Influence and relationships
1-A07 Develop plan for long-range academic computing
1-B01 Improve the network and telephone installation process
1-B02 Improve the "help" processes
1-B03 Develop/implement HW/SW releases process
1-B04 Identify new service opportunities
1-C01 Develop and publish indices of customer satisfaction
1-C02 Develop internal performance measures.
Thanks,
Tim
