Hi Bob,
Yes I would very much be interested in everything you could give me on the
system. However it is implemented, it really does come across as extremely
well thought out ( powerfully simple ! ) and easy to use. Thanks again !

Hugh,
We're glad you like our database so much. The database is not particularly
complicated; we evolved it from earlier attempts to categorize and make
visible our I/T work. It is not a commercial product, just something we
implemented in Filemaker. If you are interested, we could send you the
schema and perhaps some data.
Thanks, Bob Ferrara

connections to the actual project work that has to be done in order for
those goals to be attained. When I saw your implementation of this on the
web I was very, very impressed. It is exactly what I intend for my own
organisation, even though we are in the commercial sector.
