Hello,
At yesterday's ITLT meeting we discussed moving ahead with populating the IS-Work database with Activities from the data collected in the Profiles for the Budget Proposal. Tim McGovern and company will now proceed to do this per the proposal below.
So in a few weeks, there should be about 50 more Activities to go along with those Allison has already manually entered for CG. Once they are entered, however, there will be some cleanup work - principally for Service and Support - to add values in the "new" unmapped fields such as Practice, Priority, Status, etc. that Tim notes in the message below.
This cleanup should not be a huge amount of work, but it will require several hours of knowledgeable people time. We - Tim, Kris, and I - can help and will be discussing with Nate and Roger how best to do this in the weeks to come.
Thanks, Bob
