Kevin, can you produce an unformatted (but readable) report listing:
Project Process Status Phase (+ anything else you think useful)?
If you could then do a global replace - in the Phase Field ONLY
delivery -> project
discovery -> project
I would then go in and change one at a time where appropriate
project-> in service
