I would suggest we change the text in the shaded box to: "About..."
Then in the area to the right:
Information about IS Projects is contained in the IS Work Database [link
here to http://web.mit.edu/is/work/ -- a centralized database for
planning and tracking all kinds of work -- not just projects -- within MIT
Information Systems.
The IS Work Database contains just basic information about projects, but
show how they are linked with IS' strategic directions [possible link
here to the PDF/HTML versions of the strategic plan?].
More detailed information about a specific project such as work breakdown
structures, task lists, personnel assignments, risks and the like are
captured in individual project notebooks, whose URLs are also found in the
IS Work Database.
