Ongoing regular work should be an ACTIVITY. If you were planning recruiting campaign, that might be a PROJECT. My guess is that most CG work is in ACTIVITIES.

Could I look at this first? These may not make the bar as full-fledged Activities or Projects on their own. However, it might be amenable to an approach Roger did under the sample Activity, where the URL points to list of "projects" http://web.mit.edu/vdist/snapshot.gif
